Dennings was involved in a romantic romance to Nick Zano (co-star of "2 Broke Girls") from 2011 until 2014. Following the breakup her relationship, she began to date the singer Josh Groban. The couple remained together up to 2016. Dennings first began to date musician Andrew W.K. in 2021. The couple soon began being romantically involved. The couple announced their wedding to one another in May 2021. Dennings was a been a fan of the artist from 2014. Though Dennings was Jewish and has stated that she is more a part of the religion on an ethnic or cultural level, and she is not a religious integral part of her daily life.
